The phrase "seeking attention" is often used to describe someone who behaves in a way that is seen as attention-seeking or seeking validation from others. This behavior can manifest in various ways, such as being overly dramatic, constantly talking about oneself, or seeking reassurance from others. It is important to consider the underlying reasons for this behavior, as it may stem from a need for validation, low self-esteem, or unresolved emotional issues. Offering support and understanding to someone who is seeking attention can help address the root cause of their behavior. **

Stock dividends are additional shares of a company's stock that are distributed to existing shareholders as a form of dividend payment. Instead of receiving cash, shareholders receive more shares of the company's stock. This can be a way for a company to reward its shareholders without using cash, and it can also help to increase the number of shares outstanding. Stock dividends are typically expressed as a percentage, such as a 5% stock dividend, which means that for every 100 shares owned, the shareholder would receive an additional 5 shares. **

Remember that seeking attention is not inherently negative, but it's important to ensure that it's balanced and respectful of others. **

Seeking validation from others refers to the act of seeking approval, recognition, or affirmation from others in order to feel good about oneself. This can lead to a reliance on external sources for self-worth and can be detrimental to one's self-esteem and confidence. It is important to cultivate self-validation and confidence from within, rather than seeking it from others. This can be achieved through self-reflection, self-compassion, and setting personal goals and boundaries. **
