Prisons should not become unisex. There are several reasons for this, including concerns about the safety and well-being of inmates. Men and women have different physical and emotional needs, and housing them together could lead to increased instances of violence and sexual assault. Additionally, there are privacy concerns and potential complications with managing transgender inmates. It is important to consider the unique needs and vulnerabilities of all inmates and provide separate, appropriate facilities for men and women. **

Stock dividends are additional shares of a company's stock that are distributed to existing shareholders as a form of dividend payment. Instead of receiving cash, shareholders receive more shares of the company's stock. This can be a way for a company to reward its shareholders without using cash, and it can also help to increase the number of shares outstanding. Stock dividends are typically expressed as a percentage, such as a 5% stock dividend, which means that for every 100 shares owned, the shareholder would receive an additional 5 shares. **

German prisons are considered harmless because they focus on rehabilitation rather than punishment. The emphasis is on providing inmates with education, vocational training, and therapy to help them reintegrate into society upon release. Additionally, the prison environment is designed to be more humane, with an emphasis on respecting the dignity and rights of the inmates. This approach has been shown to reduce recidivism rates and contribute to a safer and more productive society. **

This means that the responsibility for the incarceration and rehabilitation of individuals convicted of crimes remains within the public sector. Privatization of prisons is not a practice in Austria, as the government maintains control over the operation of correctional institutions. **

Additionally, prisons are seen as a way to protect society from individuals who pose a threat to public safety. While there is ongoing debate about the effectiveness and fairness of the current prison system, many believe that some form of incarceration is necessary for maintaining social order and addressing criminal behavior.
