Noble gases are considered noble because they are very stable and do not easily react with other elements. This is due to their full outer electron shells, which makes them very unreactive. Because their outer shells are already full, they do not need to gain, lose, or share electrons with other elements to achieve stability, unlike most other elements. This makes them very useful in applications where a non-reactive gas is needed, such as in lighting, welding, and as a protective atmosphere in chemical reactions. **

Stock dividends are additional shares of a company's stock that are distributed to existing shareholders as a form of dividend payment. Instead of receiving cash, shareholders receive more shares of the company's stock. This can be a way for a company to reward its shareholders without using cash, and it can also help to increase the number of shares outstanding. Stock dividends are typically expressed as a percentage, such as a 5% stock dividend, which means that for every 100 shares owned, the shareholder would receive an additional 5 shares. **

Yes, one can still be considered noble even if they renounce their noble title. Nobility is not solely defined by titles or status, but also by one's actions, values, and character. Ultimately, true nobility comes from within, not from external titles or positions. **

Being related to a noble person does not automatically confer noble status upon you. However, it may still be a source of pride and connection to a noble heritage. **
