Stock dividends are additional shares of a company's stock that are distributed to existing shareholders as a form of dividend payment. Instead of receiving cash, shareholders receive more shares of the company's stock. This can be a way for a company to reward its shareholders without using cash, and it can also help to increase the number of shares outstanding. Stock dividends are typically expressed as a percentage, such as a 5% stock dividend, which means that for every 100 shares owned, the shareholder would receive an additional 5 shares. **

Muffins can sink for a few reasons, including overmixing the batter, opening the oven door too early in the baking process, or using too much leavening agent. Overmixing the batter can cause too much air to be incorporated, leading to a collapse once the muffins are baked. Opening the oven door too early can cause a sudden drop in temperature, which can also lead to sinking. Additionally, using too much leavening agent can cause the muffins to rise too quickly and then collapse. **

Muffins can rise unevenly due to several factors such as uneven distribution of leavening agents like baking powder or baking soda in the batter, overmixing the batter which can lead to uneven air distribution, or uneven oven temperature causing some parts of the muffins to rise faster than others. Additionally, opening the oven door too soon during baking can cause a sudden drop in temperature, affecting the rising process. To ensure even rising, it is important to properly mix the batter, preheat the oven, and avoid opening the oven door too early. **

Additionally, certain ingredients in the muffin batter, such as baking powder or baking soda, can react with metal and create a metallic taste. To avoid this, it is recommended to use non-metallic utensils and pans when making muffins. **
