Appearance and demeanor can have an impact on how a person is perceived and treated by others. A person's demeanor can also influence how they are perceived, as a confident and respectful demeanor can often lead to more positive interactions with others. Ultimately, while appearance and demeanor should not be the sole basis for judging someone, they can play a role in how a person is perceived and treated by others. **

An overly confident demeanor can be unattractive to some people because it may come across as arrogant or boastful. It can also be off-putting if it seems like the person is not open to others' perspectives or input. However, confidence in moderation can be attractive as it can demonstrate self-assuredness and assertiveness. It's important to strike a balance and be mindful of how one's confidence is perceived by others. **

Stock dividends are additional shares of a company's stock that are distributed to existing shareholders as a form of dividend payment. Instead of receiving cash, shareholders receive more shares of the company's stock. This can be a way for a company to reward its shareholders without using cash, and it can also help to increase the number of shares outstanding. Stock dividends are typically expressed as a percentage, such as a 5% stock dividend, which means that for every 100 shares owned, the shareholder would receive an additional 5 shares. **

One disadvantage of having a calm demeanor is that others may perceive you as indifferent or uninterested, which can lead to misunderstandings or strained relationships. Additionally, being calm in high-pressure situations may cause others to rely on you to always remain composed, putting added pressure on you to constantly manage your emotions. Finally, a calm demeanor may also make it challenging for you to assert yourself or stand up for your needs, as others may mistake your calmness for passivity. **
