Onlookers are morally condemned because their inaction or indifference enables harmful or unjust actions to continue. By failing to intervene or speak out against wrongdoing, onlookers are seen as complicit in allowing harm to occur. This lack of action can be seen as a violation of moral responsibility to help others in need or to stand up for what is right. As a result, onlookers are often judged harshly for their failure to take a stand against injustice. **

Instead, efforts should be focused on promoting understanding and collaboration to find solutions to this global issue. **

Stock dividends are additional shares of a company's stock that are distributed to existing shareholders as a form of dividend payment. Stock dividends are typically expressed as a percentage, such as a 5% stock dividend, which means that for every 100 shares owned, the shareholder would receive an additional 5 shares. **
