Stock dividends are additional shares of a company's stock that are distributed to existing shareholders as a form of dividend payment. Instead of receiving cash, shareholders receive more shares of the company's stock. This can be a way for a company to reward its shareholders without using cash, and it can also help to increase the number of shares outstanding. Stock dividends are typically expressed as a percentage, such as a 5% stock dividend, which means that for every 100 shares owned, the shareholder would receive an additional 5 shares. **

Not every politician is as intelligent as Amthor because intelligence is not the only factor that determines success in politics. Other qualities such as charisma, communication skills, experience, and the ability to connect with constituents also play a significant role. Additionally, intelligence can be subjective and may not always translate into effective leadership or decision-making. Furthermore, individuals have different strengths and areas of expertise, and not all politicians may possess the same level of intelligence as Amthor in his specific field. **
