Stock dividends are additional shares of a company's stock that are distributed to existing shareholders as a form of dividend payment. Instead of receiving cash, shareholders receive more shares of the company's stock. This can be a way for a company to reward its shareholders without using cash, and it can also help to increase the number of shares outstanding. Stock dividends are typically expressed as a percentage, such as a 5% stock dividend, which means that for every 100 shares owned, the shareholder would receive an additional 5 shares. **

If a blind person is exposed to SCP-096, they would not be able to trigger its hostile reaction by seeing its face. However, they could still potentially provoke SCP-096 by making direct eye contact with it or viewing its face through other means, such as through a photograph or video. It is important to keep in mind that SCP-096's abilities and reactions are not solely based on visual stimuli, so caution should still be taken to prevent any accidental exposure. **

When SCP-096 looks into a mirror, it does not display any of its usual aggressive behavior. Instead, it becomes calm and docile, almost as if it is unaware of its own reflection. This effect has been observed to last as long as SCP-096 is in the presence of the mirror. However, once removed from the mirror's presence, SCP-096 returns to its usual state. This behavior has led to the use of mirrors as a containment method for SCP-096 in certain situations. **

If SCP-096 were in a large city, it would likely cause widespread panic and chaos as it relentlessly pursued its target. The creature's ability to track down individuals who have viewed its face would lead to a high number of casualties as it hunted them down. The Foundation would need to act quickly to contain SCP-096 and minimize the damage it could cause in a densely populated area. Evacuation and containment procedures would need to be implemented swiftly to protect civilians and prevent further harm. **
